Since the infection in my leg has finally healed up, I’m back to exploring and doing the normal thing. I took the boat out to harvest (find) some water coconut or nipa palm/nipa palm (Nypa fruticans). I’m still not sure what you call it… Anyhow, I found me some water coconut, smashed them and ate some. If you’re wondering what nipa palm taste like, well I tried my best to explain in the video. Vietnam has tons of fruits and if you ever find yourself out in Vietnam, you definitely need to try water coconut/nipa palm. Việt Nam rất đa dạng các loại trái cây và nếu có khách du lịch nào đặt chân đến, thì phải thử món Dừa Nước này.
